Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan, saute ginger, garlic, onion, and green chilli

* Step 2

Put in the squid. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce and water. Let it boil.

* Step 3

Add the vinegar. Let it simmer. Dont mix.

* Step 4

Flavor with salt & pepper. Add sugar. Toss in the onion strings. Simmer for 5mins. Serve.
