Potato Omelette

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chopped the potatoes into cube. And take note chopped all the ingredients such as garlic, onion, bell pepper, tomato, and green onion. Set aside.

* Step 2

Heat the frying pan. Put the canola oil or any kind of cooking oil you have.

* Step 3

Fry the potatoes first until it became tender then put the onion and garlic. When the potatoes became brownish or you feel that it is cook already, set aside it.

* Step 4

Whisk eggs together in a medium size bowl, and pour over potatoes and onions in pan, bell pepper, tomato and green onion; cook until eggs are firm.

* Step 5

Season with salt and pepper and serve.
