Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Option to first fry vegetables in butter adding more flavor.
Put 4 1/2 lb of rough chopped onions, carrots, celery and leeks and a large pot and add 6 whole black peppercorns and the seasoning bouquet
* Step 2
Add 8 1/2 cups of cold water and bring to a boil. Simmer the broth for 1 hour.
* Step 3
Strain through a fine strainer into a large bowl. Store in refrigerator if used shortly or in freezer.
