Farina pudding

Ingredient

4 c

milk

1/3 cups

sugar

1 cup

Farina

2 tablespoons

butter

2 teaspoons

vanilla

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil milk and sugar in kettle. Add Farina and stir over low heat until thick. Add butter and stir until melted. Remove from heat. Beat one egg yolk in at a time. Cool then add vanilla.

* Step 2

Whip egg whites until stiff. Then fold into furina mixture.

* Step 3

Serve warm or cold. Can add fruit topping of any type when serving.
