Instant jalebi

Ingredient

1/4 cup

curd

1/4 tbsp

baking powder

1.5 cup

water

2 cups

sugar

Some

cardamom

as required

Water and oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For the syrup:- Turn on the flame heat a pan add 1.5 cup water and 2 cups sugar let the sugar syrup simmer until the sugar dissolves.

* Step 2

In a bowl add refined flour, curd and baking powder and food colour mix well add water mix well prepare a thick batter.

* Step 3

Now fill the batter in any polythene bag and makes jalebi cut down the batter at this end to make a small hole.

* Step 4

Heat a pan add oil when oil is medium-high heat let us start to hold the cone and push to make round jalebi.

* Step 5

Flip the sides of jalebi when roasted. Drain them out and soak them in syrup.

* Step 6

Jalebi is ready to serve.
