vinegar

corn starch
2 tbsp
granulated sugar
2 sticks
spring onions (finely chopped)

peanuts (optional)
1 packet
ching’s hakka noodles
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan add the cut onions,ginger,garlic and medium fry. Add in the soy sauce vinegar sugar to it. Coat the chicken with salt and corn flour and sauté well separately. Add in the sauce mix and garnish with spring onions and peanuts.
* Step 2
Boil the noodles separately and drain well. Shallow fry with egg and chillies.
