An old recipe passed down

Ingredient

Food ration :

24 big bars

Cooking time :

1 C.

Oil

2 C.

Sugar

2 tsp

cinnamon

1 tsp

vanilla

6 TBSP

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blend the first 7 ingredients together on medium speed in a mixer

* Step 2

Pour into greased 11×15 inch pan

* Step 3

Bake for 35 minutes

* Step 4

While that is cooling, blend the softened butter & cream cheese together

* Step 5

Add the milk & vanilla

* Step 6

Blend that in til smooth

* Step 7

Add powdered sugar on low speed, be careful it don't blow up on you...poof! Lol

* Step 8

Now once moistened, speed it up to a medium speed until smooth.

* Step 9

Spread onto pumpkin bars

* Step 10

Chill 'til serving time
