Steak Tempeh

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut into pieces tempeh and steam for 15 minutes
* Step 2
Pureeing tempeh then mixed with salt, flour and sweet soy sauce
* Step 3
Make round shape and fried with a little bit of oil and small fire until the color change into brownish
* Step 4
Make sauce: cut all the sauce igredients into small pieces.
* Step 5
Saute garlic and spring onion until fragrant and put tomato in. Add little bit of water. Let the tomato cooked then add salt and sugar
* Step 6
Thickened it with 1 teaspoonful cornstarch and little bit water.
* Step 7
If you like spicy, you can add chilli in the sauce
