Orak Arik Sayur (Mixed Vegetables Egg Stir Fry)

This is my childhood favorite vegetables stir fry. My Mom always cooked me this fish when I was a kid. Now I do the same to my daughter and she loves ❤️ it very much. If you like my recipes, please follow my Instagram @jenscookingdiary 😊😘🙏🏻

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium high heat.

* Step 2

Sauté garlic until fragrant.

* Step 3

Add green beans and carrots. Cook until vegetables a bit soft.

* Step 4

Add green beans and chilli peppers (optional).

* Step 5

Season with salt, white pepper powder, and mushroom bouillon. Mix well for 30 seconds.

* Step 6

Add the beaten eggs slowly little by little while stirring the vegetables. Remove from the heat.

* Step 7

Serve over warm white rice. Yum! 😋
