Simple Bean Sprouts Stir Fry

Bean sprouts are perfect vegetables for a crunchy, healthy, and delicious weekday stir fry. This dish is really simple and easy-to-make for any home cook 👩🏻‍🍳 👨‍🍳 IG @jenscookingdiary @jenscookdineandtravel

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and shallots until fragrant.

* Step 2

Add red chili pepper and birds eye chili peppers. Mix well.

* Step 3

Add tofu. Season with salt, pepper, and mushroom broth.

* Step 4

Add bean sprouts. Keep stirring for another 3-4 minutes. (Don’t cook too long as the bean sprouts won’t be crunchy anymore)

* Step 5

Serve with warm rice! 😋
