Egg puffs (bakery style)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the egg and keep aside.Take out the pastry 15mins before baking.
* Step 2
In a pan pour oil after the oil get heat add onion, salt, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, & all masala powders.
* Step 3
Saute till the raw smell of masala disappear then add coriander leave and mix well. Masala for stuffing egg puff is ready now.
* Step 4
Take the puff pastry add masala and halfly cutted egg then fold the corner of puff pastry diagonally, beat the egg and apply on the puff.
* Step 5
Preheat the oven for 10mins and bake it for 20mins.Meanwhile, we need to keep on checking the condition of puff to avoid it from getting burnt.
* Step 6
Our egg puff is ready to serve:~}
