Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To make lemon and garlic yoghurt:
* Step 2
Heat a chargrill pan over a high heat. Drizzle the broccolini, scotch fillet and onion with the olive oil.
* Step 3
Season well with salt and grill for 6 - 8 minutes until the scotch fillet is cooked, the onion softened and charred and the broccolini charred.
Half the lemon and grill the halves until blackened.
* Step 4
Rest the steak for about 5 minutes, slice the steak and transfer the steak, broccolini and onion to a serving plate with the tomatoes, cucumbers and lemon yoghurt. Scatter with parsley and a drizzle of olive oil and serve.
* Step 6
