Japanese Nori Wrapping Salad

Shredded vegetable, tofu and egg make Sushi-like salad.

All these are ingredients. I used all my leftover in refrigerator.

Unfold the plastic wrap, put nori seaweed on top, and put the shredded vegetables and tofu.

Wrap the vegetables with seaweed from the edge. Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it sit for a while.

Cut it into bite size.
