Crab Cream Croquette

This is my favorite way to eat crab meat.

Ingredient

Food ration :

16 croquettes

Cooking time :

90 minutes
50 g

butter

50 g

flour

400 ml

milk

1 cup

crab meat

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt butter and add flour in pan and fry. Put 100ml milk at a time and stir well until milk is disappeared.

* Step 2

Repeat to make smooth bechamel cream sauce. Add crab meat (crab sticks) and mix well.

* Step 3

Season with Maggie consommé cube. Spread in tray and cool in refrigerator for more than 30 minutes.

* Step 4

Cut into square shape or your favorite shape. Put flour, egg and bread crumbs.

Fry in vegetable oil for 2 minutes.
