Rice flour Roll Cake
This roll cake is so easy to make. And you can make this with flour instead of rice flour. I also like this whipped cream with condensed milk. You can make the any color pattern using food color.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Beat eggs and sugar with electric beater for 10-15 minuets high speed. Then add rice flour and mix.
* Step 2
Separate 1 cup mixture in small bowl and add green tea powder, then mix well
* Step 3
In 25x 25cm tray pour cake mixture. And put green tea mixture in places.
* Step 4
Write S with stick and make your pattern.
* Step 5
Bake in 190 degrees preheat oven for 8 minuets.
* Step 6
After baked, cover with foil film and stay till it’s cool down. Remove foil when it’s cool. So the surface of the cake is removed.
* Step 7
Mix cream and condensed milk, then beat and make whipped cream.
* Step 8
Spread cream and roll. Wrap with film and stay in refrigerator for overnight or a day.
