Japanese Fried Fish with Daikon sauce
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix soy sauce, ginger and sugar, and spread on fish both side.
* Step 2
Cut carrot, lotus root, green pepper and mushroom.
* Step 3
Fry vegetables in 1cm deep oil pan.
* Step 5
Coat fish with starch and fry in oil pan.
* Step 7
Peel the skin and grind Daikon Radish
* Step 9
Bring to boil 400ml water and seasoning, after boil put ground Daikon Radish
* Step 10
Mix starch with water and put it in boiling Daikon sauce to make thick and boil for a few minutes.
* Step 11
Dish fried fish and vegetables. Pour Daikon sauce on it.
