Japanese Seasoned Fish Egg(Saffron cod)

This fish egg is Saffron cod. Fish market sometimes sells only eggs. If you like put some chilli when you cook.

Ingredient

2 tablespoon

seasoning Sake

1 tablespoon

sugar

1 tablespoon

soy sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Please choose fresh fish egg and wash with salted water

* Step 2

Mix all seasoning and fish egg, boil gently covering with cooking paper

* Step 3

Check the bottom is cooked and cook the other side till the sauce is thicker.

Cut the fish egg and garnish with green onion.
