Custard Bread
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sieve Maida and wheat together, add 1 tsp sugar with yeast and add warm water keep aside
* Step 2
Cook the custard with milk and Sugar keep aside
* Step 3
Pour the yeast mixture and 1 tbsp olive oil in the flour,mix and keep aside for 45 min until it's double in size
* Step 4
Remove and make small Chapati like and fill with Custard and cook in non stick pan, rubbing butter occasionally,and cook both side till golden brown
