Sprouted Brown Chana Cutlets

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak 1cup brown gram for 2 days until it sprout
* Step 2
Put in pressure cooker let it whistle twice off the heat and open it after cool down,grind it in dry
* Step 3
In a bowl start adding all the ingredients except bread,cornflour and mix properly add 2 tbsp water
* Step 4
Mix the cornflour with water,grind the bread to make breadcrumbs,take grinded gram mixture all flatten like cutlet,dip in cornflour then in breadcrumbs and fry or simply using less oil,cook on slow heat until done,serve hot with your favorite sauce..
