Ingredient

2 cups

Rice flour

1 tsp

oil

As per taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add salt and oil to the rice flour and mix it properly

Now add boiled water little by little let it form a soft dough

* Step 3

Feed small small portions into the mould

* Step 4

And spread it in idliappam tray to steam, add little coconut on top and steam for 30 minutes
