Ken's Soothing Ginger-Key Lime Tea

Delicious! And great for sore throats, coughing, cold symptoms, and just generally relaxing.

Ingredient

water

2 tbsp

ginger

2 tsp

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Set water on stove to boil.

* Step 2

Slice quite thinly, fresh ginger into water. Zest two key limes into water and bring to a boil.

When water boils, juice key limes into water. Boil for 5-10 minutes

* Step 4

Remove from heat. Add honey and mix thoroughly. Serve hot or warm, adding honey to taste.
