* Step 1

Sabse pahele kadai mein ek chamach tel garam karen

* Step 2

Fir usme sabhi masale daal de aur dheeme aanch per min bhune.

* Step 3

Fir mutter daalkar achchi tarah se mix karen

* Step 4

Thanda kar lein.

* Step 5

Ab maide mein tel aur namak daal kar gunth lein.

* Step 6

5 min dhak kar rakhen.

* Step 7

Ab thoda sa aata lekar uske bele aur chandrakar mein kaat lein.

* Step 8

Ek chamach mishran daalkar samose ki tarah bandh kar le.

* Step 9

Issi tarah sab samose bana lein

* Step 10

Ab madhyam se dheemi aanch per sunhara hone tak tal lein.

Garama garam chutney aur sauce ke saath parosen.
