Multicoloured floral muffin
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sift dry ingredients at least thrice.
* Step 2
Grease cake tin and dust with flour. Remove extra flour.
* Step 3
Preheat oven at 180 °C for 10 mins.
* Step 4
In a mixing bowl take curd, oil, sugar and essence.
* Step 5
Mix well and blend it till smoothens. Now mix dry ingredients little by little and blend it with electric beater. Don't over beat.
* Step 6
Now divide batter into 5 parts.
* Step 7
Now take cake tin....pour spoonful of orange batter then over that yellow batter followed by green blue and red batter.
* Step 8
Repeat this pattern till end.
Now tap the tin once or twice. Sprinkle dusted chopped nuts over it.
* Step 9
Bake it at 180°C for 30- 35 mins.
* Step 10
When done check it with wooden stick. If comes out clear. Ur cake is baked.
* Step 11
Let it cool in wirerack for 5- 10 mins.
* Step 13
