Ingredient

1 litre

Cow milk

1 cup

Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil milk and add lemon juice

* Step 2

Let it curdle.

* Step 3

Strain it and let it cool for 5 mins.

* Step 4

Now take in a dish and mash and make it smooth.

* Step 5

Make small balls. Keep aside.

* Step 6

Take sugar and add water and boil it.

* Step 7

Put balls and cover and cook for 15 mins.

* Step 8

When starts floating take out m chill it.

* Step 9

Serve chilled.
