Eggless Mango Cake

Ingredient

3/4 cup

Icing sugar

3/4 cup

Yogurt

1/2 cup

Mango chunks

1/2 cup

Oil

1/2 tsp

Baking soda

1 pinch

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl take oil, sugar. Beat well.

* Step 2

Then add curd, half mango puree and essence again beat well with electric beater.

* Step 3

Now sieve maida, baking powder,baking soda and salt. Atleast seive thrice.

* Step 4

Preheat oven at 180° c for 10 mins. Grease tray and dust flour evenly. Take out excess flour.

* Step 5

Now add flour and beat it well till smooth paste.

Add more milk if required.

* Step 7

Now pour batter into tray and bake it for 30-35 mins.

Once done ck out by inserting wooden stick.

* Step 9

Cool it on wire rack for an hour.

* Step 10

Now cut into half. Spread mango puree on both layers. Put some mango chunks. Cover it.

Decorate it with some puree and sprinklers.
