Sweet delite from Indian cuisine mostly made during festivals
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee in pan when melt we add besan and start to roast till golden in color and aromatic remove roasted besan in other plate now add fine sooji stir and roast for few minutes
* Step 2
Add roasted sooji in besan after cool completely we mix sugar powder mix very wel combined add cardamom powder and crushed mix dryfruits
* Step 3
Mix all ingredients well and make round shape laddu with your palm and store in air tight jar
