milk

mava

1 cup

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash,peel and grate fresh carrot with greater

Heat pan put 2 tsp ghee and grated carrot, keep stirring to prevent burning at the bottom

Add milk and mava mix well and sugar cook with lid check the moisture is half evaporated and good consistency add cardamom powder, dry fruits and serve
