Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly we soak oats in bowl with enough water for 15 mints, mean while we grate carrot and chop onion, tometoes and methi leaves,kepp aside
* Step 2
Take a large mixing bowl add soaked oats, besan, masalas and salt mix well now add chopped veggies and mix
* Step 3
Heat nonstick pan gresse with oil and pour the batter on pan spread gently and lightly so that does not break the chila cook on both side
* Step 4
Ready to serve with ketchup
