khoya

100 gms

sugar

2 tsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly we wash the cauliflower and cut piece, in pan boil piece with enough water on medium heat

* Step 2

Heat pan roast mawa on low heat,keep aside then add boiled cauliflower keep stirring,cook on medium heat

Add sugar,mawa, cardamom powder and dry fruits mix well,ready to serve
