#eid2020 It's an ideal dessert recipe during summer season and festival

Ingredient

1 liter

ful fat milk

to taste

sugar

1/2 cup

mango pulp

1/2 tsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly we wash basmati rice,drain and roast in pan with ghee, grind coursely in mixcy

* Step 2

Heat a large kadai boil milk keep the flame low,or till milk thicken add sugar stir continuously.add grinded mixture,and stir wellmean while we roast chopped dryfruits with ghee till it turns brown colour

* Step 3

Add cardamom powder, chopped dryfruits mix well firni is creamy and thick let it cool

* Step 4

Now add mango pulp and mix well serve chilled and garnished with chopped nuts and some mango pieces
