Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash sweet potatoes thoroughly,peel of the skin and grate them in grater
* Step 2
In a frying pan heat ghee and add cumin seeds and green chillie chopped
* Step 3
Add sweet potatoes kees and mix well,cover with lid and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes till white steam escapes from the pan
* Step 4
Once cook add peanut powder and salt and red chilli powder serve with fruits,curd as you wish maharashtrian is always associated with fasting garnish with coriander leaves
