Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix together water sugar and,cardamom powder in a pot

* Step 2

Boil the syrup untill it turns slightly sticky turn off heat and stirr wel.

* Step 3

Mix together flour, milk powder and baking soda in a bowl add little ghee mix well

* Step 4

Add little milk to make dough dry use milk as needed

* Step 5

The dough turns sticky grease your fingers make balls

* Step 6

Devine equally sized portions

* Step 7

Now heat ghee in pan for deep frying

* Step 8

Aad ball and deep fry all and drop in sugar syrup

* Step 9

Allow them rest for 3 hours and serve.
