Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First we soak rice atlist 4 to 5 hours with water

* Step 2

After soaking we grind rice in mixer with some coconut and leftover rice.

* Step 3

Grind fine paste

* Step 4

Now add salt and water too the batter ready it should be thin

* Step 5

Take pan and pour 1 big spoon on pan and make dosa

* Step 6

For chutney we grind coconut and cumin seeds salt and green chillis.

* Step 7

Soft dosa ready to serve.
