POHA CUTLET

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the Poha. Add onions, poha (beaten ginger, garlic paste, chopped coriander leaves coriander powder & boiled potatoes in a bowl.

* Step 2

To this add salt, chilli powder and garma Masala add bread

* Step 3

Mix and mash all this well with your hand.

* Step 4

Pour enough oil to shallow fry. Gold brown.

* Step 5

Serve with hot tomato sauce
