Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blend the sprouted mong in a mixture with lill water & ginger garlic, green peas blend..

* Step 2

Transerf it to a bowl, add, mint leaves, besan, salt, asafoetida & mix well, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala powder,

* Step 3

Divide the mixture into equal portions 4. Heat a non stick pan(tava) grease oil...

* Step 4

Cook tikkis untile it become golden borwn in colour

* Step 5

Serve hot with mint &corinder leaves chutni
