Paneer Lollipops

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl add ginger-garlic paste,onions,,coriander leaves,mashed potatos,salt,soy sauce,cornflour and mashed paneer,carrot grated and mix well.

* Step 2

Apply oil to hand and take mixture and flatten it and ice cream sticks in middle and roll them into lollipop shape. Roll them in corn flour mixture and bind them properly.

* Step 3

Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the lollipops till they turn golden brown and crisp form all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
