Ingredient

Food ration :

6 to 8 servings

Cooking time :

30 to 40 mins
3 glasses

Rice

to taste

Salt

1 tbs

Cumin

2 sticks

Dar chini

1/2 cup

Oil

5 glasses

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan add oil and onions and dar chini.

* Step 2

Dry untill golden brown.

* Step 3

Now add boiled Mutton and fry for 5 mins.

* Step 4

Now add Tomatoes and green chillies and cook for more 5 mins.

* Step 5

Now add water and wait untill water boils.

* Step 6

Now add rice and cook on high flame untill water is evaporated.

* Step 7

Now cook on low flame for 15 mins.

* Step 8

Serve and ENJOY.
