This is my moms recipe aur pata nhi q my mom usually cook khaowsay on every Sunday.meray Abba srf Sunday ko hi dopHr mai clinic se aatay thay warna inka rat ka clinic hai ,to dopahr mai jab Abba aatay to him sub mil k Khawsa khaatay #eid ul adha special#

Ingredient

Food ration :

6 to 8 servings

Cooking time :

2 hours
1 pack

Noodles

1 cup

Yogurt

1 pinch

Tatri.

1 tsp

Turmeric

1 tsp

Coriander

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil noodles and soaked in cold water

Beat curd with turmeric salt chillies and baisan ka aaya,Cook for an hour.

* Step 3

Fry onion till light golden add tomatoes and beef fry it then add masalay and then bhonofy,cover the lid and cook on slow flame for atleat two hours,add water if needed.

Make garnishing,and its done
