Chinese Braised Pork Ribs with Mui Choy 梅菜炆豬肉

* Step 1
Ready Ingredients. Soak Mui Choy for 15 mins and clean well since might have sand inside those leaves area and chop it up in bits. Marinate Pork for 30mins.
* Step 2
A slice of ginger and oil sear those mui choy and add those 5 seasoning and sear for 1 to 2 mins and take out
* Step 3
Same pan add 2 sliced of ginger together with ribs and sear both sides until golden brown for a few mins in Mid High Heat. Add a capful of ShaoXing wine, stir then add mui choy together with water and ice sugar. Switch LOW HEAT, and lid covered and stew for 45 mins. During process after 20 mins taste test, if too salty add abit more sugar as the sauce should be slightly salty with abit sweetness.
* Step 4
Taste test at the end if you like the sauce not too watery add in cornstarch water and mix well. Serve Hot. Done!
