Ingredients, some people like to add ginger into this soup but not to my likings so its up to you. Remove the seeds of the winter melon
* Step 2
Soak the beans then in a pot add in ribs and wait til boils. Rinse and set aside.
* Step 3
Throw everything into a pot then cover with water and start boiling.
* Step 4
When the water starts to bubble beware of over boiling and leave it to the status for 1 hour. after that low heat for another 1.5hours at the end you can add little salt to taste but i like natural
