Rinse Pork then in cold water let it to a boil for a few mins. This cleans out the pork and smell. Fresh Pork is a MUST. When you see those pork with the ganky bubbles switch heat off and rinse it out thoroughly.

Rinse other ingredients for a few times make sure until water kinda clear. Throw all ingredients into the pot with water and Start with High Heat. Check after 5 mins and make sure do not over boil. Set Heat highest without overboiling and leave it for an hour then switch to low heat for another 30mins to an hours.

The pot should be left with half pot full after 2 hours of cooking. Add salt for taste if needed. Done!
