Green Leaf Lettuce with Roasted Peanuts

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash Green leaf lettuce, Spinach-Arugula leaves, carrot, cabbage and strawberries.

* Step 2

In a large bowl add finely chopped Lettuce, cabbage, carrot and strawberries

* Step 3

Add Spinach and Arugula Salad mix.

* Step 4

If you like you can also add Black Beans, Lima Beans or Edamame Beans.

* Step 5

Now, add walnuts and roasted peanuts for crunchiness

* Step 6

Top it with Thai Peanut Dressing and Rice Sticks.

* Step 7

And Salad is ready to serve.
