Oke im so sorry but for this season i will write with bahasa because many request from my friend who need this recipe with bahasa language. But i hope you understand when look my picture :) happy cooking!

300-350 gr

白菜/sawi putih

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Siapkan bahan seperti berikut

Potong sawi putih seperti gambar

Potong wortel seperti gambar

Tumis daging tanpa minyak dengan api sedang, karena daging menghasilkan minyak alami.

Tumis sampai kecoklatan, bila sudah matikan kompor, buang air yg tersisa ambil dagingnya saja, sisihkan.

Bisa dengan wajan sama, dengan apo sedang. Masukkan 1 sdm minyak.

Masukkan sawi dan air

Tumis sampai sedikit layu

Masukkan daging dan stir.

Diamkan sebentar hingga mengental, cek rasa. Kalau kurang asin bs ditambah garam sedikit. Siap dihidangkan. Ready to serve!
