Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix egg,mozzarella oregano salt and pepper heat waffle maker
* Step 2
Spray mini walffle maker lightly with oil sprinkle with some cheese
* Step 3
Add half of egg mixture with 2 pepperoni,sprinkle with a little more cheese
* Step 4
Cook until crispy remove and drain on kitchen paper
* Step 6
Once cool add lettuce tomatoes scallions and mayo
* Step 7
Season to taste and.....enjoy
