Hubby loves roast pork its easy to cook and super juicy #pork #sundaydinner #easy #tasty #juicy this is what is leftover after dinner now time to use up the remainder for tomorrow #leftovers

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pre-Heat oven to 220°C

* Step 2

Remove pork from packaging and pat dry with kitchen towel

* Step 3

Place pork on a wire rack in an oven proof tray drizzle with oil and cover with all the seasonings

* Step 4

Place in hot oven for 15 mins

* Step 5

Then lower temperature to 180°C continue cooking until the core temp reaches 170° around 60-70 minutes

* Step 6

Remove and allow to rest for at least 20 minutes before slicing...enjoy(add the juices from ur rested pork joint to your gravy to enhance it tasty)
