Something my hubby and I share when the house is quite

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Heat oil in a frying pan add bacon and onion and gently saute
* Step 3
Add diced tomatoes whisked eggs cheese salt n pepper cook until bottom of omelette is set
* Step 4
Place frying pan under a heated grill (broiler) until omelette is set and cheese is brown and bubbly
* Step 5
Serve with some hot buttered toast and a cup of coffee and enjoy
