Mandys prawn toast

A big favourite ,great way to get Ur kids to eat fish

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in fryer to about 325℉

* Step 2

Put prawns spring onions chilli and egg whites into a blender and smooth to a paste

* Step 3

Put a layer of sesame seeds on a plate and spread prawn mix on a slice of bread and press it mixture side down onto seeds

* Step 4

Repeat until all mix is used

* Step 5

Careful place sliced bread prawn side down into hot oil and cook until brown lightly, then turn over and brown on opposite side

* Step 6

Remove and drain on kitchen paper

* Step 7

Cut of crust and quarter prawn toast and serve
