Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take cauliflower and cut the flowers and seperate it.

* Step 2

Then wash it. After washing dry it and add garlic ginger paste, red chilly powder and salt

* Step 3

Make corn flour slurry with water and dip the cauliflower florets one by one and dip it in corn flour slurry.

* Step 4

Then deep fry it. Take out all the florets on paper towel so that extra oil is removed.

* Step 5

Take a separate pan add garlic clives abd saute for 1min then add curry leaves then add slit green chillies and saute.

* Step 6

Then add 1tbsp curd, coriander powder and salt. Then add fried cauliflower to it.

* Step 7

U can garnish it with fresh coriander leaves. U can eat as a snack or u can eat with chapatti as dinner.
