Linguine kee mao chicken (ลิงกวีนีขี้เมาไก่)

Pad Kee Mao is a traditional Thai dish with with meat/ seafood and broad rice noodles and plenty of fresh Thai sweet basil ( It has different taste/ smell to holy basil). Pad Keemao literally means drunken noodles, No! it doesn’t contain any Alcohol! However, some believe that you would need to be drunk to enjoy this dish, as it is so spicy, the only way that you can handle the heat is to be numbed a bit from the alcohol😂 What do you think? This dish instead of using rice noodles I used Linguine instead ( my fav!). This is how I made mine! #cookingwithyui

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook linguine to al dente texture(not too soft)

* Step 2

Stir fry garlic& chillies till fragrant

* Step 3

Add in chicken, stir fry til half cooked, add vegetables.

* Step 4

Add seasoning sauces and sugar.

* Step 5

Add in linguine and cooked it together. Enjoy!..
