Masoor dal kabab is low fat and mouth watering recipe.it goes well with hot tea in winter or rainy season. It is protein rich and easy to make for snacks.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take one blending machine add soaked masoor,curry leaves, ginger, garlic, green chilli for making paste
* Step 2
Keep mixture into bowl add besan, onion, cumin powder, Red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well.
* Step 3
Make a dough.apply some oil in your hand and take little mixture and give shape like cutlet.
* Step 4
Heat oil in pan on medium heat.place the cutlet in the pan.fry them both sides for few minutes until both sides are well brown.
* Step 5
Remove them from plate and keep on paper towel.serve hot.
