Masoor dal kabab is low fat and mouth watering recipe.it goes well with hot tea in winter or rainy season. It is protein rich and easy to make for snacks. #india

Ingredient

1/2 tsp

cumin powder

1/2 tsp

mango powder

1 tsp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take one blending machine add soaked masoor,curry leaves, ginger, garlic, green chilli for making paste

* Step 2

Keep mixture into bowl add besan, onion, cumin powder, Red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well.

* Step 3

Make a dough.apply some oil in your hand and take little mixture and give shape like cutlet.

* Step 4

Heat oil in pan on medium heat.place the cutlet in the pan.fry them both sides for few minutes until both sides are well brown.

* Step 5

Remove them from plate and keep on paper towel.serve hot.
